| Description | This course addresses the core knowledge and skills in assessment, intervention and case management used at key stages in the decision-making, planning and reviewing processes of child protection. The course has direct relevance for employment in statutory protection settings, in community-based child and family welfare agencies and in out-of-home and leaving care sectors in which knowledge of child protection is required. |
| Admission requirements | Subject to University General Rule 1.1.1.2(5), the admission requirements are the completion of the requirements for the Bachelor of Social Work of this University, or equivalent as recognised by the Faculty, or the requirements for a relevant social science or health-related degree as recognised by the Faculty. |
