Description: 
   This master's degree is offered to legal and non-legal professionals working in the area of taxation law.
Admission requirements: 
   A Bachelor of Laws with an average mark of at least 60 per cent or a Bachelor of Economics with Honours or a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours of this University, or equivalent status, and one year's relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree of this University, or equivalent status, and membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or CPA Australia, and three years' relevant experience; or completion of the units required for the Graduate Diploma in Taxation Studies of this University with an average mark of at least 60 per cent. Applicants with qualifications from overseas institutions where English is not the medium of instruction must provide evidence of English language competency equivalent to an IELTS score of 7.0 overall with no band lower than 7.0. Applicants whose first language is not English, but who hold degrees from institutions where English is the medium of instruction, may be required to provide further evidence of English language competency.
