Description: 
   The Bachelor of Fine Arts degree consists of a history/theory programme and a studio-based art practice programme of equal weight. Students choose between the digital media stream or the studio arts stream in Art Practice in the second year of the programme.
Admission requirements: 
   Standard UWA requirements for entry to a bachelor's degree course. See 'Undergraduate Admission' and 'University General Rules' in the Student Procedures, Rules and Policies section of this handbook. Entry to the course is restricted by quota. No prerequisites apply although TEE Arts is recommended.

   The units prescribed for the course are set out in the Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Visual Arts Rules. Refer to 2.2.5—Bachelor of Fine Arts Pass Degree (25150). A one-year, 48-point honours programme (2515H) is available to students who complete the degree at a sufficiently high level.
