Description: 
   This programme covers aspects of the marine and coastal environments and students learn about both aquatic life and the physical environment of marine and coastal zones. Both majors, Marine and Coastal Management, and Marine Biology, are completed within this programme. Students with an average of at least 65 per cent may undertake an honours programme.
Admission requirements: 
   Standard UWA requirements for entry to a bachelor's degree course. See 'Undergraduate Admission' and 'University General Rules' in the Student Procedures, Rules and Policies section of this handbook. In addition to the English requirement, all students are required to have a scaled score of at least 50 per cent in a TEE mathematics subject, or equivalent.
