Description: 
   This programme provides a strong grounding for prospective teachers of physics, chemistry and mathematics. All three are studied at Level 1 (plus a biological science); Level 2 includes mathematics and either chemistry or physics, and a major in at least one of the three is completed at Level 3. Specialist units in science communication skills are an integral component of Levels 2 and 3.
Admission requirements: 
   Standard UWA requirements for entry to a bachelor's degree course. See 'Undergraduate Admission' and 'University General Rules' in the Student Procedures, Rules and Policies section of this handbook. Prerequisites: scaled score of 50 per cent or more in TEE Applicable Mathematics and at least one of TEE Chemistry and Physics; TEE Calculus is required for a major in Physics.
