Description: 
   This programme uses the physical sciences to investigate the processes of life, from catalytic proteins to the physics of flight. A major in biophysics and/or biophysical chemistry is combined with supporting units from the biomedical sciences, mathematics or computer science. Measurement and imaging are significant elements.
Admission requirements: 
   Standard UWA requirements for entry to a bachelor's degree course. See 'Undergraduate Admission' and 'University General Rules' in the Student Procedures, Rules and Policies section of this handbook. Prerequisites: scaled scores of 50 or more in TEE Chemistry, Physics and Applicable Mathematics. TEE Calculus is highly recommended. A background in biological science is useful.
