Description: 
   This programme aims to bring together in recognisable form the diversity of units which inform the understanding of the structure and function of the mammalian body. The depth of understanding of functional morphology it offers provides an exceptionally sound background for postgraduate medical or paramedical studies and for research and practice in relation to sports potential, performance, training, injury and rehabilitation.
Admission requirements: 
   Standard UWA requirements for entry to a bachelor's degree course. See 'Undergraduate Admission' and 'University General Rules' in the Student Procedures, Rules and Policies section of this handbook. Prerequisite: a scaled score of at least 50 per cent in a TEE mathematics subject; those students with a pass in only TEE Discrete Mathematics are required to complete MATH1050 Calculus C. A background in biology, chemistry, mathematics and physics would be useful.
