| | This programme focuses on chemical principles in all fields of earth sciences such as ore and rock formation, the behaviour of contaminants in the subsurface, chemical analysis of water, rocks and soils. It is ideal for careers in a myriad of fields which use chemical principles to understand and solve problems relating to the interaction of humans and the earth. Students with an average of at least 65 per cent in units for their major may undertake the honours programme. |

In addition to the English requirement, all students are required to have a scaled score of at least 50 per cent in a TEE mathematics subject, or equivalent and a scaled score of 50 per cent in TEE Chemistry. |
