Description: 
   The Master of Science is a broad-based degree which allows students to pursue research topics in a range of disciplines from the sciences. The degree can be taken through many schools, so the variety of research topics is wide.
Admission requirements: 
   Qualifications equivalent to a Bachelor of Science with at least upper second class honours

COURSE DETAILS

Structure: 
   A research thesis of not more than 50,000 words plus courses, lectures, seminars and other work and/or studies and investigations culminating in such reports as the supervisor or head of school directs. This degree can also be taken by coursework, coursework and dissertation, or thesis and coursework (see the relevant faculty section).
