Description: 
   This course provides advanced study in the areas of electronics design and microelectronics technology, including VLSI technology, device fabrication technology, opto-electronic semiconductor devices, micro-electromechanical systems, and device design and modelling.
Admission requirements: 
   (a) a Bachelor of Engineering of this University completed with a weighted average mark of 65 per cent or better, or equivalent; or (b) a Graduate Diploma in Engineering in their approved field of study completed with a weighted average mark of 65 per cent or better, or equivalent
