| | This programme provides students with geoscientific and problem-solving skills with particular application to mineral resources. Students gain understanding of diverse mineral deposits as well as exploration, environmental, economic and engineering aspects. At Level 4 emphasis is placed on strengthening communication and research skills by undertaking a research project. Honours may be awarded depending on academic results. Graduates are well placed to gain employment in the resources sector. |

In addition to the English requirement, all students are required to have a scaled score of at least 50 per cent in a TEE mathematics subject, or equivalent. |
