| | This programme provides students with education in the principles and practice of urban and regional planning. More specifically, students completing the programme (1) are able to understand the social, economic and environmental processes that affect cities and regions; (2) gain knowledge of the principles of ecologically sustainable development; (3) gain knowledge of the purpose and methods of planning; and (4) understand the political and institutional contexts of planning. |

In addition to the English requirement, all students are required to have a scaled score of at least 50 per cent in a TEE mathematics subject, or equivalent. |
